Good morning to all, and it sure was a blessing to see Eli, Angel and the gang out for a walk, keep on praying for healing.

Our devotion for today is called, “Hating evil is good for you”
Psalm 97:10 says, “You who love the LORD, hate evil! He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked. I have found myself many times in this life hating a person for some evil that they have done. The problem with this is God says to love my enemy, Matthew 5:44. Hating evil is good, hating the person is sin! Jesus said if I have hated them in my heart I have murdered them, Matthew 5:21-22, Which makes me just like them. 1st John 2:9 says, He who says he is in the light, and hates his brother, is in darkness until now. There are some things in our life that only God can handle. If you’re holding onto hatred because someone has done you wrong, Let it go and let God handle it. Holding onto hatred will only hurt us and keep us from fellowship with God. Love is like medicine to our soul. Jesus said to love God and your neighbor, Matthew 22:37-39. That is the greatest counsel you will ever get!
