Wow, we are almost through the first month of 2023, time is going by so fast. Let’s all pray for Eli’s rehab to be successful, and for his wife Angel to get completely healed and all the rest we’ve mentioned, thank you.

Our devotion today is called, ” Conquerors through Jesus ” Romans 8:37 says, Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. All what things? v 35, tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, or sword. With each trial and tribulation that comes our way, we are strengthened in Jesus. At the time it might not seem that way but as we look back we can learn our lessons. The key to victory is in verse 37. Through Him who loved us! If anyone knew about trials it was the Apostle Paul. Read 2nd Corinthians 11:23-33, Paul describes just a portion of his life which was turned upside down for Jesus. But Paul knew the end result was a blessing beyond comparison because he wrote in Romans 8:18, For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Jesus warned us in John 16:33, These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. We are conquerors through Jesus and nothing else! He will carry us and strengthen us and guide us through the storms of this life.
